Our old furnace was older than 14 years and it broke down in a very noisy way. My friend and neighbour referred us to Smart Home Works and we went on the website to set up an appointment as that's how she said she found them originally. The Sales agent was very nice and helpful. He made sure our installer would be 100% prepared to install the unit as quickly as possible. Jeff the installer arrived on time for our appointment and proceeded to install the thermostat and new furnace in about 4-5 hours. Thanks Smart Home Works! Because of you I will be warm this winter at home!! LOL

I am happy with the smart home works. our parents get cold pretty fast and our broken furnace would have been a problem with them coming in two days. The technician arrived after 2 hours of filling out a form free consultation... he showed us the problem, a cracked heat exchange. Let us know we could replace the furnace as it is inefficient and very old. He came back in less than an hour and the installation took 4.5 hours Thanks Smart home works!
